web报CGI Error

1. 确保有没有其他的php,把其他php注释掉，win目录下的php.ini目录（主要把DLL模式的删除）
2. FastCGI Error The FastCGI Handler was unable to process the request. Error Details: Unable to place a FastCGI process in a JobObject. Try disable the Application Pool CPU Limit.feature Error Number: 5 (0x80070005)出现这样的错误，是因为iis-应用程序池-cpu监视，将其取消或者值设置的大一点即可。
